• Assist Procurement Manager to continuously improve the Procurement management system and process to ensure the transparency of the process and materials are delivered timely with good quality and low cost
• Support Procurement Manager and Planning Manager to develop the monthly procurement plan.
• Develop, control, and keep track of all Purchase Requests and Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with technical team to ensure the quality of the materials purchased.
• Select good suppliers for the procurement of the materials and follow up with them effectively for the timely delivery of the materials and specs ordered are met.
• Explore new good suppliers
• Perform other works as required
